I’m Pete Armstrong—proud father of three, a well-being advocate for men, and a man who’s walked the path of personal transformation, healing his emotional wounds from childhood.
My ‘why’ is to inspire men forward so they can achieve their dreams. I broke free from shame, embraced radical self-love and self acceptance while giving myself grace.
Now, I help driven men, especially fathers, heal their past, build real self-confidence, emotional resilience, and create deeper connections with their loved ones.

My trauma informed coaching style gets to root level, unearthing deep awareness while mental fitness training helps you learn new tools and develop skills to become more emotionally resilient. You will worry less about what others think of you and learn to be happy and proud of who you are with radical self-confidence. Genuinely trusting yourself will come second nature through this work.
You can finally give yourself permission to fully be you. Self-compassion, growth and transformation are possible for driven men like you. It’s an investment that yields happiness, emotional competence and deeper connection with your loved ones. I want to help you be happy just by being you and to build up your defenses so that nothing external can affect your sense of self-worth and identity.

The only thing in the way of your relationships is your relationship with yourself. When you don’t see yourself as good enough that’s what creates your stress, your inability to be present with your wife and kids at home and why you’re always worried about what others think of you.

My coaching approach dives deep into emotional mastery, including the roots of your struggles - your fears. Together, we’ll unearth the pain and emotions you’ve been avoiding, allowing you to process and heal. By understanding your triggers and patterns, you'll gain greater control over your worries, reduce stress, and more balanced in your day-to-day life. You'll learn to respond with intention, rather than reacting out of fear that leads to anger or frustration. The results are less relief (less stress), more happiness and consequently improved relationships and personal well-being.

This isn’t surface-level or treating symptoms based work. My coaching is designed for radical transformation, helping you heal from the inside out. You will learn how to navigate your inner world. You’ll gain confidence, self-acceptance, and the emotional tools to manage stress, anger, and anxiety. As time goes on, you’ll feel empowered to lead a more purposeful, fulfilled life—both personally and professionally—feeling proud of who you are and how you show up in the world. This type of training takes intention, dedication and commitment. Think marathon training not quick fixes.

My approach is trauma-informed and goes beyond quick fixes or surface-level strategies. We’ll work together to dig deep into the root causes of your emotional and mental challenges. In addition, you will learn somatic practices, mental fitness techniques, and guided self-reflection tools that will help create long-term, sustainable change. This is about doing the deep work necessary to heal, connecting with yourself, rather than just putting a band-aid on the symptoms. You become deeply self aware and learn how to love and accept yourself. It’s recovery type work where you heal so you can feel better. You feel better, you move forward healthier.

We’ll work together to find a cadence that works for you, and I’ll help you prioritize yourself—because true transformation starts when you commit to your own well-being. I know you may feel selfish. You’re not alone. When you make time to invest in yourself, you'll become a better leader, father, and partner, which will positively impact every other aspect of your life. This work will change the trajectory of your family and legacy. Do it for your kids if you can’t do it for yourself.

That varies by the individual. That said, I work with my clients over the course of a year to ensure deep, lasting transformation. This extended timeframe allows us to thoroughly address the root causes of your challenges, learn about yourself, and create sustainable change in your emotional fitness, relationships, and mindset. A year gives you the space to fully integrate the work we do together into your daily life, ensuring that you not only see immediate results but maintain them long-term transformation. Think you’ve been doing life this way for a long time, you need to learn, unlearn and then learn again. Gotta do the reps!

My coaching program includes private 1:1 sessions where we dive into your current problems, unpack the subconscious roots, and feel resolve before you leave the session. You’ll receive personalized support tailored to your unique challenges and goals over our partnership. Beyond our sessions, you’ll go through a group mental fitness training with neuroscience designed Positive Intelligence (PQ) platform. You will also have access to ongoing support between sessions, practical tools to help you navigate emotions and stress, and exercises to implement between sessions. In addition, I offer a men’s group called Connected Men which is specifically for men who have a strong foundation - they have done the heavy lifting and deep work. Connected Men is designed to help driven men develop healthy relationships with other men while practicing the skills and tools required to keep themselves mentally and emotionally fit. Think connection, accountability and growth in a tribe of supporting driven men.
